Our policy lasts a maximum of 30 days. We will offer a full refund on your item(s) to the original payment method up to 20 days after the original purchase date. If the 20 days have passed, we will offer store credit for qualifying returns up to 30 days after the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your item(s) are received, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will also include whether or not your return was accepted/rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original method of payment or store credit (if applicable).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please make sure you have exhausted all avenues to ensure your refund truly is late/missing. Sometimes it takes banks and credit card companies some time to process the transaction.
If your refund is still absent after two weeks, please email inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will solve the issue as soon as possible.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide information on how and where to send your item(s) back.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible the return shipping costs of your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
If applicable, please understand that it will take up to two weeks for the exchanged product to reach you again.
Please invest in a tracking service of some kind if you are returning orders over 75$. We do not offer guarantees that the returned product will reach us.
