- Occasionally, we create special prints or items from which we donate additional money to causes such as the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Do you have a customer service phone line I can call?
- Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a phone line. Please email all customer service inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may assist you.
How long will it take to receive my order within the U.S.?
- We make every effort to process orders within 5 business days of when they are received.
- Once the package is shipped, it can take 3-10 business days to be delivered.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
- Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order has been sent out.
What is your return policy?
- You can return or exchange any merchandise for up to 20 days after the original purchase date.
- Returns made after 20 days of the original purchase date will be refunded via an emailed store credit. We can only accept returns for store credit for up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
- Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains, including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. We are also unable to accept items with any strong lingering odors.
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value - if your exchanging item is less than the cost of a new item, you will be asked to pay the difference.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Clearance and sale items may have restrictions on returns. Please refer to the product descriptions for more information.

- Returns that show any signs of wear, damage, scents, or alterations will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
When will my exchange ship?/When will I receive my refund?
- Please allow up to two weeks after delivery to our facility for the refund/exchange to be processed.
- Once your return or exchange is processed, we will email you a confirmation of your refund.
Do your shirts shrink?
- All of our shirts are pre-shrunk, and should not shrink when washed correctly. However, they are 100% cotton so please take care in washing the shirts correctly. Scroll down to find out more about how we recommend that you wash your shirt.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
- If you received the wrong item please email us at email@example.com, and we'll correct our mistake as soon as possible.
- Once we receive the incorrect order, we will process the correct one.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
- If you received damaged or defective merchandise, please email a photograph of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and we will be happy to begin the exchange process.
- Damaged or defective merchandise can only be exchanged for up to 30 days after the delivery date.
I love my new shirt, but how should I wash it?
- Due to the shirts being 100% cotton, we recommend that you wash it cold/cold, then hang to dry.
- We also recommend you wash it with like colors to avoid damage to the shirts' colors.
- DO NOT USE STAIN STICKS OF ANY KIND ON OUR PRODUCTS.
- Remember, we are not responsible for the shrinkage of your shirt
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
